摘要
文章阐述了商贸类学生职业素质培养的客观现状,介绍了该校的尝试性做法,将学生定位为"准职业人",在校企深入融合的背景下,引入优秀企业文化,立体化构建"校园职场化"氛围,以此培养和熏陶学生的职业素质。
The paper is attempted to introduce tentative practices in vocational quality education by presen ting objective status in the above field among schools of trade and business.
