摘要
从就业率、就业期望、就业结果和就业满意度四个方面对湖南七所大学570名硕士生就业状况所做的调查显示:女硕士生就业率低于硕士生就业的总体水平;所学专业对男女硕士生的就业有直接影响;女硕士生在求职过程中普遍自感遭遇性别歧视;求职时在社会资本的占有和利用上女硕士生高于男生;当就业形势严峻时高学历并不会给女硕士生带来预期的高回报;许多女硕士生缺乏职业规划意识且更倾向于将研究生教育当作好婚姻的跳板。
Based on the investigation in the four facets of employment rate, expectations, results and satisfaction for employment to 570 postgraduates in seven universities in Hunan Province, it is shown that the employment rate of female postgraduates is lower than the average level; postgraduate' major has direct influence to male's and female's employment; most of female postgraduates find the gender discrimination in the application for employment; female postgraduates have to utilize more social capital than male ones; high education qualification does not lead to the due return for female postgraduate; many female postgraduates are lack of the consciousness of career scheming and tend to consider postgraduate education as the springboard to good marriage.
