The Threefold States of The Relationship Between Teachers and Students

摘要 当教育是事实世界时,教育什么都是,唯独不是其自身。在事实世界中,教师与学生被迫打交道,教学过程是一个预设和构架的过程,师生关系表征为我———他关系,教师把教书看作一个赖以养家糊口的职业。而当教育是生活世界时,教育是一种具有教育意义的行为,旨在更好地促进学生学习。在生活世界中,教师是体验者,学生是能学者,师生关系表征为我———你关系。于是,教书育人职业是教师能去干的职业。当教育是其自身时,教育能撞击生活的边界,让生活本身不断生成意义。在教育世界中,教师和学生都是聆听者:去聆听教育的真谛,然后按照教育的真谛去实践教育。在此,教师和学生之间的关系是我———我关系,教师把教书育人这个职业看作是乐在其中的职业。当下,师生关系正从我———他关系走向我———你关系,但我———我师生关系不需要建构,因为它与教育同在。 The education is anything except itself when it is an actual world. In this world, teachers have any dealings with students passively, and the teaching process is predetermined and structured. The relationship between the teacher and student in this world is "him and me", teachers regard teaching as a job for keeping their families. When education is a life--world, it is an educational behavior to promote students to study better. In the life--world, teachers is apractitioner and students is learner, and the rela-tionship between teacher and student is "you and me". Therefore, the education is a job that the teacher has the ability to engage. When the education belongs to itself, it can hit the boundary of life and let the life be significant. In the educational world, teachers and students are audience who are listening to the true meaning of education and practicing according to this true meaning. From this point, the relationship between teacher and student is "me and me", and teachers look up the education as an enjoyable job. Recently, the relationship between teacher and student is being transformed from "him and me" to "you and me". The relationship of "me and me" is unnecessary to be constructed, because this kind of relationship is with education.
