摘要
对六所教育部直属一流师范大学2009年人才培养方案或教学计划的修订意见及其实施文本进行了分析,结果显示:我国一流师范大学已经初步形成了通识教育基础上的宽口径整合培养新模式。教师教育课程结构更加优化,文理基础课得到加强,教育专业课程更加多样,教育实践更加得到重视。但在国际视野下与美国教师教育的改革相比,新方案在人才培养目标上有待进一步明确,课程体系和教学内容尚需进一步融合。而且,我国教师教育人才培养模式尚待转换到与国际接轨的"大学化"模式。
This paper, the authors analyze the updated texts of the reform documents of teaching programs in the six Chinese first--class normal universities in 2009. The results show that these universities have set up a new teacher education model characterized by general education--based broad--spectrum programs. This new model optimizes the structure of curriculum which pays more attention to the basic courses in arts and sciences, the variability of educational courses and the internship programs. However, com- pared with American teacher education practice, the model should be improved further in such aspects as clarifying educational objectives in more detail, and strengthening the integrations between the different parts of the curriculum. Moreover, the university--based model should be adopted in the near future.
