摘要
作为全科医师培训基地所在医院,为了保证培训的规范化开展和培训目标的顺利完成,必须有健全的组织管理机构、完善的规章制度、规范的组织管理流程与实施以及定期督察和质控反馈机制的建立。本文全面阐述了全科医师规范化培训的实施与过程管理,提出合格的培训基地、规范的师资带教、标准化的培训过程是基础,临床轮转是培训的核心,轮转中的监督与管理是培训开展的关键所在。
In the article practice and administration of general practitioner duration of residency standardized training were expound comprehensively,including the four condition,organization,bylaw,normative procedure about management of organization,regular supervision and feedback mechanism.Especially,proposing qualified training base,normative trainers and standard training administration are the foundations.Clinical rotation is the core,supervision and management of organization is the key point,which will produce positive effect to the residency standardized training of general practitioner.
