摘要
为了制定多菌灵在猕猴桃上的安全使用标准,采用田间试验的方法研究了多菌灵在猕猴桃上的残留动态,应用HPLC分析方法,测定了多菌灵在猕猴桃上的残留量。多菌灵在猕猴桃中消解较快,在套袋果实半衰期为7.18 d,安全间隔期为5 d,在不套袋的果实上的半衰期为5.92 d,安全间隔期为10 d,属于易降解的农药(T1/2<30 d)。使用浓度为1∶500水溶液于幼果期均匀喷施1次,28 d后样品中检测出多菌灵残留远低于国际上关于多菌灵的农残限量(0.1 mg/kg)。
In order to make up criteria for safe application of carbendazim on kiwi fruit,a field experiment was conducted to study the residual dynamics on kiwi fruit after application of carbendazim.The residuce of carbendazim on kiwi fruit were determined by HPLC.The results showed that dissipation rates of carbendazim in kiwi fruit were fast,with half-life of 7.18(with bag) and 5.92 d(without bag).The safety interval was 5 and 9 d.The residues of carbendazim which were detected in kiwi fruit at dilution of 500 times,with a harvest with holding period of 28 days after the treatment were under the international MRLs(0.1 mg/kg).
