摘要 本文阐述了三氯杀螨醇在茄子和土壤中的消解规律。研究表明该药在茄子上的原始附着量在2ppm以下,半衰期为5~13天;在土壤中原始附着量较低,但消解较慢,施药25天后消解率仅为70~77%。本研究为制定该药在茄子上的安全使用标准提供于科学依据。 A supervised trial of organochlorine acaricide and insecticide dicofol in and on eggplant was carried out to evaluate the dissipation of the pesticide in order to establish a recommendation for its use safely. It has been found that the initial deposits of the pesticide on the eggplant were 1.12 and 1.98mg/kg, after the plant had been sprayed at rates of 90 and 180 g a. i/ha, respectively. The half-lives of the pesticide deposits on eggplant were found to be 5-13 days, varying greatly with the weather conditions.In contrary, the initial deposits of dicofol residues on soil were low and disappeared more slowly. Only 23-30% of the initial deposits of the pesticide residues on soil was detected at 25th day after the application.
