汉源普陀山铅锌矿区优势植物铅锌富集特性研究 被引量:14

Study on Pb-Zn Accumulation Characteristics of Dominant Plant Species on Putuo Mountain Mine in Hanyuan

摘要 本文通过野外采样分析法,对四川省汉源县普陀山铅锌矿区优势植物的铅、锌富集特性进行研究。结果发现,本研究区中优势植物隶属5科7种,均为草本植物。细叶芨芨草、狗牙根、野草莓、川滇茜草、指叶凤尾蕨和蜈蚣草等6种优势植物地上部分的铅含量在8.99~49.81 mg.kg-1,锌含量在55.86~72.36 mg.kg-1。小鳞苔草对铅、锌积累量达最大,其地上部分对铅和锌平均含量分别为358.47和76.33 mg.kg-1,对铅、锌转运系数分别为1.39和0.93,铅、锌生物富集系数分别为11.79和1.78。因此小鳞苔草是一种铅富集植物,可望作为铅锌矿区植物修复的一种新材料。 The enriching abilities of Pb and Zn in dominant plant species growing on the Putuo Mountain mine tailings in the Hanyuan were analyzed.The results showed that,among 7 preponderant plants in the mine areas,Achnatherum chingii(Hitchc.)Keng,Cynodon dactylon(L).pars,Fragaria vesca,Rubiaedgeworthii Hook.f,Pteris dactylina and Pteris vittata L.exhibited lower accumulation abilities,and the concentrations of Pb and Zn were 8.99 mg·kg-1 to 49.81 mg·kg-1 and 55.86 mg·kg-1 to 72.36 mg·kg-1,respectively.However the concentrations of Pb and Zn of Carex gentiles Franch in shoots were remarkably high,being up to 358.47,and 76.33 mg·kg-1,respectively,the average translocation coefficient of Pb and Zn were 1.39 and 0.93,the bioconcentration coefficient of Pb and Zn were 11.79 and 1.78.Therefore,Carex gentiles Franch was a lead enrichment-plant,which could be used as a new material of phytoremediation in zinc-lead mine areas.
