摘要
本文首次研究了掺杂Tm (0.1)Yb(10.9)氟氧化物玻璃陶瓷在966 nm 半导体激光激发下的直接上转换敏化发光现象。测量发现存在很强的1G4 →3H6 的477 nm 三光子和3F4 →3H6 的799.5 nm 双光子上转换荧光以及较弱的1D2 →3H6 的361 nm ,1D2→3H4 的449.5 nm ,1G4→3F4 的647.0 nm 和3F3→3H6 的(679.5 nm ,698.5 nm )的多个上转换发光。
This paper studied the direct upconversion sensitization luminescence of Tm(0 1)Yb(10 9) oxyfluoride vitroceramics pumped by 966 nm diode laser for the first time.We found that there are both strong 477 nm three photon upconversion fluorescence of 1G 4→ 3H 6 transition and 799 5 nm two photon upconversion fluorescence of 3H 4→ 3H 6 transition as well as weak upconversion fluorescence of 1D 2→ 3H 6, 1D 2→ 3F 4, 1G 4→ 3F 4 and 3F 3→ 3H 6 transitions at 361 nm,449 5 nm,647 0 nm and (679 5,698 5 nm),respectively.
