摘要
本文报道了脉冲DCM染料激光导致的非晶态HoP_5O_(14)的兰绿波段的上转换发光现象.从实验和理论上对其上转换发光的现象、机理和通道进行了测量、分析和计算;结果表明对~5F_3和~5S_2能级,其上转换发光主要由离子间能量传递机理导致;对~5G_4和(~5G^3G)_5能级,则步进双光子吸收和离子间能量传递共同参与导致了它们的上转换发光.
This paper reports the observation of the blue-green up-conversion luminescence phenomenon of HoP5O14 noncrystalline induced by pulse DCM dye laser. From the experimental measurement, theoretical analysis and calculation on the up-conversion phenomenon, mechanism and passenges, it has shown that the up- conversion luminescence of 5F3 and 5S2 level is resulted mainly from energy transfer between Ho3+ ions, and the up-conversion luminescence of 5G4and (5G3G)5level is caused by both of the sequential two- photon absorption of single Ho3+ ion and energy transfer between Ho3+ ions.
