摘要
分析了山西省高粱的生产现状,介绍了山西省酿造高粱生产中存在问题,展望了酿造专用高粱发展前景,提出了促进山西省酿造专用高粱发展的措施。
This paper analyzes the present situation of the production of brewing sorghum in Shanxi Province,introduces some problems existing in the production of brewing sorghum in Shanxi Province,looks forward to the development prospects of brewing sorghum,and puts forward some measures for prompting the development of brewing sorghum in Shanxi Province.
