摘要
通过对普通野生稻和疣粒野生稻成熟胚愈伤组织的诱导，建立了野生稻的细胞种质库和无性繁殖系库，并获得普通野生稻再生植株，为野生稻种质资源的保护和开发利用奠定了基础。
The cell germ plasm lines and in vitro asexualpropagation lines are established by callus induction of m ature em bryos of com m on w ild rice (Oryza rufip ogon)and O.m eyeriana and rice plants are regenerated from Oryza rufipogon calli.A base is founded by this research w ork for preservation,developm ent and utilization ofw ild rice resources.
