摘要
选用NaNO2,Ca(NO2)2,以及可以消除亚硝酸盐对混凝土性能负面影响的Z盐设计阻锈剂的组分,并将其与减水剂、缓凝剂、引气剂进行复合,得到阻锈性能较佳,施工性能良好的阻锈剂,并且对混凝土的碳化、氯离子渗透等耐久性能有一定的提高。
This text selects NaNO2,Ca(NO2)2,and Z salt which can eliminate the negative effects of nitrite on the performance of concrete to design composition of inhibitor,and then compound with water reducer,delayed coagulant,air entraining agents.At last the inhibitor having good rust-resistant performance and good construction performance is obtained.And it makes concrete a certain improvement in durability such as carbonation,chloride ion penetration and so on.
