摘要
对云南发展奶业的条件和市场潜力进行分析,从云南的气候、海拔特点出发,提出云南最适宜发展荷斯坦奶牛的区域,并结合云南省的土地和饲料资源,对土地、饲料供给与奶牛需求之间的关系进行分析,同时从国内外乳品消费市场分析了适合荷斯坦奶牛发展的乳品市场潜力。
This paper analysed the development of dairy industry in Yunnan conditions and market potential from Yunnan＇s climate and altitude characteristics,and proposed the most suitable area for developing Holstein cows.Meanwhile,the paper analysed the relationship between land,feed supply and dairy demand combined with the land and feed resources in Yunnan Province,and from both domestic and international dairy market analysed of the dairy market potential for development of Holstein cows.
