摘要
吸入性肺炎是好发于老年人的一种常见病和多发病,预防吸入性肺炎对于老年鼻饲患者至关重要。本文采用查阅相关文献的方法,对吸入性肺炎的原因进行总结,分析鼻饲与吸入性肺炎二者关系以及对老年鼻饲患者预防吸入性肺炎的方法进行归纳,以提高老年鼻饲患者生存质量,延长寿命。
Aspiration pneumonia is a kind of common diseases among elderly patients.Therefore,preventing senile aspiration pneumonia with nasal feeding is very important.This paper adopts literature review method,summarizes the reasons of aspiration pneumonia,and analyses the relations between nasal feeding and aspiration pneumonia.In further,this paper summarizes the methods in preventing senile aspiration pneumonia with nasal feeding,which aims to improve the living quality of older nasal feeding patients,and prolong their life.
