摘要
地下储气库是天然气市场的重要组成部分,在调峰和保障供气安全上具有不可替代的作用。通过对美国地下储气库建设现状的调研,介绍了美国储气库类型、数量、库址布局、储气容量以及经营管理特点等内容,并结合我国天然气发展状况,提出我国应优化地下储气库建设布局,加大地下储气库建设力度,及早筹划天然气战略储备等建议。
As an important component of natural gas market, underground gas storage is playing an irreplaceable role on peak shaving and guaranteeing the security of gas supply.Based on investigations and researches on status of underground gas storage construction in USA,related information on type,quantity,site layout, capacity and management characteristics of underground gas storages in USA are concluded.Combined with the development status of natural gas industry in China,suggestions such as optimizing construction layout of underground gas storages,accelerating the pace of construction of underground gas storages and making a plan for natural gas strategic reserve earlier are given.
