摘要
地下储气库主要用于保障天然气下游用户供气的调峰需要,它具有储存量大、经济合理、安全系数大等优点。目前世界上约有560座储气库,主要分布在欧洲和北美地区,分属不同国家的110多个公司。天然气生产和消费大国都把地下赌气库的建设作为天然气上下游一体化工程的一个重要组成部分进行总体规划。我国的地下储气库建设起步较晚,与发达国家相比有明显的差距,今后的建设重点是与长输管网相配套的地下气库群和满足未来战略储备需要的大中型储气库系统。
The underground gas storage tanks are used mainly to meet the demand for peak adjustment for the natural gas downstream users. Such storage tanks are characterized by their large storage capacity, reasonable cost and high security coefficients. The world currently has about 560 underground storage tanks owned by more than 110 companies in different countries, most of which are scattered through Europe and North America. In the major natural gas producing and consuming countries, the underground gas storage tank is regarded as an important integral part of natural gas upstream and downstream project integration. The construction of underground gas storage tanks has been relatively slow in China. There exists an apparent gap in this sector as compared to the progress in developed countries. In China, the focus should be on the construction of underground gas storage tank farms to support the long-distance gas transmission pipelines, as well as on large- and medium-size gas storage tank systems to meet the needs for future strategic reserves.
