丙氨酰谷氨酰胺在重型创伤患者中的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨丙氨酰谷氨酰胺强化治疗对重型创伤患者的营养效用及免疫功能的影响。方法 60例重型创伤患者随机分为丙氨酰谷氨酰胺(Ala-Gln)强化治疗组(实验组)和常规营养治疗组(对照组),比较治疗前、治疗后第7天的营养、免疫指标。结果治疗后第7天,实验组的营养代谢指标、免疫指标优于对照组。结论丙氨酰谷氨酰胺对重型创伤患者有助于改善创伤后机体的营养代谢状况、增强免疫功能,在重型创伤患者中有着重要的应用价值。 Objective To study the cammonia acylglutamine intensive treatment for severe trauma patients'nutrition utility and immune function. Methods 60 cases with severe trauma were randomly divided into two groups.One group was given nutritional support with alanyl-glutamine,the others were given common nutritional support.Immune parameters,nutritional parameters and D-lactate levels were measured on day 7 after treatment. Results After treatment,the first seven days,the nutrition metabolization indesx,immune index than control group. Conclusion Cammonia acylglutamine help to improve the nutrition metabolization after trauma,enhancing immume function in patient with severe trauma,and has important application value.
