摘要
本文构建了含有HBsAg pre S区基因的真核表达载体pCMV4pre S, 经大量提取质粒并纯化后, 肌肉注射Balb/c 小鼠, 共免疫3 次, 间隔两周, 结果有3/7 的小鼠血清抗pre S2 抗体呈阳性。
The pre S gene was cloned into eukaryotic expression vector pCMV4 and the recombinant plasmid pCMV4 pre S was constructed A group of 10 Balb/c mice were immunized through intramuscular injection of pCMV4 pre S for three times at intervals of two weeks,while another group of mice were injected with blank vector pCMV4 as a control The result showed that anti pre S antibody was detectable in three out of seven mice injected with pCMV4 pre S,while all of the mice in control group presented negative, indicating that the recombinant plasmid pCMV4 pre S was potentially useful as candidate gene vaccine for HBV infection
