摘要
用溶剂法制备了乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、聚氨酯(PE)和聚乙烯醇-124(PVA-124)3 种高分子膜,试验了双氯芬酸从卡波普、海藻酸两种贮库凝胶经这3 种高分子膜的扩散特性。结果表明,EVA 膜具有良好的控释效果,PE膜的控释效果因贮库不同而有所不同,PVA-124 膜的控释效果则较差;双氯芬酸在贮库凝胶中以分子形式存在时易经EVA、PE这类脂溶性膜扩散,而以离子形式存在时则易经PVA-124 水溶性膜扩散。
Three kinds of membrane made of polyethene vinyl acetate(EVA), Pellethane(PE) and polyvinyl alcohol 124(PVA 124) were formed by their solutions. The penetration properties of diclofenac sodium from Carbopol 940 and calcium alginate gel through these polymer films were tested. The EVA film had good effect on control of the release of drugs. PE film showed various effects according to drug vehicle. But the effect of PVA film is not good. The penetration rate of diclofenac acid formed in vehicle through liposoluble polymer films is higher than that through water soluble polymer films. The penetration rate of diclofenac sodium behaves reversely.
