心率变异性与急性心肌梗死早期恶性室性心律失常的关系 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨心率变异性(HRV)与急性心肌梗死(AMI)早期恶性室性心律失常的关系。方法选取100例AMI患者,并对比观察2周内发生与未发生恶性室性心律失常的心率变异性。结果 AMI未发生恶性室性心律失常组HRV多指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05),AMI合并恶性心律失常组HRV明显低于无心律失常者(P<0.01)。结论 AMI患者HRV与恶性心律失常关系密切。
