摘要
采用1985年本实验室分离鉴定的一株RHDV（武汉分离株），制备RHDV灭活疫苗和RHDV-抗血清治疗剂，推广应用12年均获得较好的防治效果。长期保存，反复活化的RHDV肝组织血凝效价在1：640-1：2560;疫苗保护率约99％;RHDV-抗血清治愈率80％。结果显示该株RHDV的免疫原性稳定，同时亦表明近12年在武汉周边地区RHDV的抗原性变异不大。此研究可为RHDV流行病学研究和防治提供具有应用价值的试验依据。
A Strain of rabbit viral heamorrhagic virus was isolated from Wullan a rabbit experment area in 1985. The RHDV were used to prepared inactivated vaccine and RHDV-Antiserunl. They colild prevent and treat rabbit viral heamorrhagic disease. Protection rate test of tile inactivated vaccine show 99%; RHD's treatment rate of the RHDV-Antiserum was 84-89%, The strain of rabbites hcpadnavirus was storeed in-20℃ for fourteen years, the RHDV's hemagglutination (HA) showed 1: 640-1: 2560. So the RHDV strain is stable with infectious activity.
