摘要
本文报道了兔出血症病毒RHDV蛋白亚基的组成及其分子量,并用Western-blot技术鉴定了RHDV抗原。研究结果显示,RHDV的外壳蛋白主要由四种蛋白亚基组成,其分子量分别为52kD、17kD、16kD和14kD。其中分子量为52kD和17kD的两个蛋白亚基有较强的免疫原性。
Wu Aizhen Xia Xingzhong Yang Yi Yang Huiping Chen Jiadi glycol precipitation,differential centrifugation and sucrose density gradient ultracentrifugation. The virus preparation of RHDV showed high infecti-vity and consisted of 4 major protein components in SDS-PAGE with molecular weights of 52kD, 17kD, 16kD and 14.5kD. The proteins of 52kD a nd 17kD could react with antibody against RHDV by Western-blot. It was suggested that the proteins of 52kD and 17kD may be the surface antigens of RHDV. The results is useful for developing vaccine of RHDV by genetic engineering.
