LY12铝合金表面铈转化膜处理及其对胶接性能的影响

摘要 为研究LY12铝合金铈转化膜工艺对胶接性能的影响,采用正交试验,以剪切强度为判定依据,确定了较佳的铈盐转化处理的工艺参数。考察了铈转化膜的微观形貌,对比分析了未经和经过转化膜处理的试样胶结后的剪切强度和剥离强度,结果表明:铈转化改性处理能使铝合金获得多孔性的活性表面,胶接时,胶粘剂能够渗透进入多孔膜,形成良好的机械啮合,在粘接界面上产生分子间结合力和机械啮合力,从而大幅度提高胶接性能。 In order to investigate effect of the cerium conversion coatings technology for LY12 aluminum alloy on its adhesive properties,using orthogonal test,the better parameters of the cerium conversion coatings technology was determined by the shearing strength.The microstructure of cerium conversion coatings was observed,the shearing strength and the peeling strength of adhered specimens that had been processed and that had not been processed were analyzed.Results show that the porous active surface is obtained by the process of surface modification technique.In the process of adhesion,the adhesive can be penetrated into the micro porous active film and a good mechanical interlocking can be formed.Because of the forming of attractive forces between molecules and mechanical interlocking force on the adhesive interface,thus the adhesive performance will be increased by a large margin.
