摘要
利用慢应变速率试验(SSRT)等方法研究了P5和SRE稀土转化膜处理对LC4铝合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的应力腐蚀行为的影响。P5和SRE工艺对LC4合金的应力腐蚀有一定抑制作用,SRE处理液对SCC有缓蚀效果。
The effect of rare earth conversion coatings P5 and SRE on SCC behavior of LC4 aluminium alloy in 3.5% NaCl has been studied by SSRT and other methods. The stress corrosion cracking of LC4 alloy was inhibited to some extent after P5 or SRE treatment. Some inhibition effect on SCC was shown in SRE treatment solution.
