摘要
利用慢应变速率试验（ＳＳＲＴ）等方法研究了Ｐ５和ＳＲＥ稀土转化膜处理对ＬＣ４铝合金在３．５％ＮａＣｌ溶液中的应力腐蚀行为的影响。Ｐ５和ＳＲＥ工艺对ＬＣ４合金的应力腐蚀有一定抑制作用，ＳＲＥ处理液对ＳＣＣ有缓蚀效果。
The effect of rare earth conversion coatings P5 and SRE on SCC behavior of LC4 aluminium alloy in 3.5% NaCl has been studied by SSRT and other methods. The stress corrosion cracking of LC4 alloy was inhibited to some extent after P5 or SRE treatment. Some inhibition effect on SCC was shown in SRE treatment solution.
