摘要
针对我国大学生就业信息资源分散而且重复建设的现状,提出高校图书馆应凭借其馆藏资源优势、服务优势以及资源整合经验,整合大学生就业信息资源,面向毕业生开展个性化服务,注重在校大学生综合素质的培养等。
The same problems are scattered construction and repeating of the graduates＇employment information resources in China.University library should integrate the employment resources,unfold personalized information services for the graduates,improve the overall qualities and ability of the university students by utilizing its collections,services,strengths and experience in integration of resource.
