摘要
我国反职务犯罪的实践按照惩治与预防并重的方针已经形成了具有中国特色的综合治理模式,但是随着国家政治、经济体制改革的逐步加深与民主宪政意识的日益觉醒,该治理模式还存在着诸多不足,与国际社会的标准还存在一定差距。通过对当前我国职务犯罪的表现特点、惩治与预防现状进行分析,进一步提出建立惩治与预防并重的职务犯罪综合治理模式的具体完善建议,将有助于推动我国职务犯罪的治理与防范。
The administration practice of professional crimes has already presented comprehensive governance model with China's characteristics,in accordance with the policy of both punishment and prevention.But with the political and economic reform has gradually deepened,such governance model has presented many inadequacies but gaps between the standards with the international community.To analyze the situation of current characteristics of the professional crimes administration and further propose comprehensive and specific management recommendations about governance model should promote governance and prevention of professional crimes in China.
