摘要
目的探讨应用自动同步负压肾穿装置进行肾活检的可行性。方法在Ｂ超下采用自动同步负压肾穿装置进行单手肾活检术５２例，并与传统的采用国产改良Ｍｅｎｇｈｉｎｉ型负压肾穿刺双人操作肾活检术作比较。结果成功率高，可达１００％，传统方法为９６％；负压恒定；操作简便；并发症少，出现一过性肉眼血尿及轻微腰痛各４例，各占７．７％，无其它并发症，传统方法并发症可达９．０％。结论此方法值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the practicality of percutaneous renal biopsy with automatic synchronized negative pressure biopsy device. Method Percutaneous renal biopsy with single handed utilizing automatic synchronized negative pressure biopsy device under real time ultrasound guidance in 52 cases,and was compared with conventional percutaneous renal biopsy utilizing modified Menghini style negative pressure biopsy device used by two people. Results The successful rate were respectively 100% and 96% in two methods.In this new method,there were stable negative pressure,simple operation and few complication.Only 4 cases(7.7%) appeared temporary hematourea,another 4 cases(7.7%) felt slight waist pain.But the rate of complication of the conventional method was 9%. Conclusions Automatic synchronized negative pressure biopsy device for renal biopsy is worthy of popularizing.
