摘要
目的：探讨胃癌切除术标本切缘癌残留与病理类型的关系。方法：通过对术中大体标本观察与术后病理分型的相关性分析，讨论切缘癌残留的原因。结果：癌灶部位与切缘癌残留间无统计学差异；癌的大体类型和组织学类型与切缘癌残留有明显统计学差异Ｐ＜００５。结论：应重视术前胃镜病理检查，根据不同大体类型和组织学类型选择适合病人的最佳手术方案，有条件时最好结合术中冷冻切片判断切缘有无癌残留。
Purpose To discuss the relationship between the incisal edge residue and the pathologic type on the gastreotory. MethedsTBZTo analyse the causes of the residue cancer by observing specimens and discussing the pathologic types of postoperation. Results There was no statistical difference between the location of pathological changes and the residual cancer, but there was obvious difference between the pathologic types or histologic types and residual cancer. Conclusion The pathologic examination should be much paid attention before operation. The best operative scheme should be chosen for patients according to the different pathologic and histologic types.
