原发性高血压患者动态血压与左室舒张功能的关系 被引量:5

A study of relationship between ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and left ventricular diastolic function in patients with hypertension

摘要 目的 :研究原发性高血压 ( EH)患者动态血压 ( ABP)与左室舒张功能的关系。方法 :应用超声心动图和 ABP监测仪对 80例 EH患者和 40例健康人进行分析。结果 :1EH患者各期的左室舒张早期二尖瓣血流峰值速度 /左室舒张晚期二尖瓣血流峰值速度 ( A/ E)值存在显著性差异 ,并随分期的增高而增高 ;2 EH患者 ABP均值的各参数与 A/ E值间存在明显的正相关 ( r=0 .2 6~0 .45 ,P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 0 1) ,2 4h收缩期动态血压变异 ( ABPVs)和白昼 ABPVs与 A/ E值间亦存在明显的正相关 ( r =0 .2 8和 0 .32 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :EH患者 ABP均值、ABPV与 A/ E值的改变均有相关性 ,但以 ABP均值的相关性更显著。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between ambulatory blood pressure and left ventricular diastolic function in patients with hypertension. Method:80 patients with hypertension and 40 healthy people were examined by echocardiography and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. Result:(1)The differences between the every two stages in hypertension were statistically significant;(2)Average levels of ABP correlated positively to the A/E(r= 0.26 ~ 0.45 ,P< 0.05 ~ 0.001 ),The systolic ambulatory blood pressure variability (ABPVs) through 24 hours and during the daytime correlated positively to the A/E (r= 0.28 ~ 0.32 ,P< 0.01 )Conclusion:There are positive correlation between the average levels of ABP or ABPV and A/E. However, the correlation positively between the average levels of ABP and A/E is stronger than that between ABPV and A/E.
