摘要
通过文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法对厦门市足球裁判员现状进行调查分析。结果表明:厦门市足球裁判员级别相对较低,数量较少;年龄结构存在严重断层,裁判后备梯队失衡;学历层次较高,但理论水平和业务能力不相符,实践执法水平低。拓展选拔范围、采用超常规培养模式是缓解断层的重要途径。
Investing and analyzing on the actuality about the soccer referees in Xiamen by documentation,chatting,mathematical statistics,show that：level is lower,quantity is less.The structure of age has serious faults,reserve loses balance.Higher education level,but the theory does not match the level and the professional ability,the level of low enforcement practice is low.The development selects the scope,uses the ultra conventional raise pattern is alleviates the fault the important way.
