摘要
文章从企业核心竞争力着手,通过对电子制造业20家企业在企业运营过程中相关数据(2002-2004年)的分析,结合"中国电子企业质量百强排行榜"的评审结果和质量相关指标的修正,对影响质量的因素进行了实证分析。在这个基础上,通过对理论分析结果和实证分析结果的对比,文章对质量管理体系在中国环境下的改善提出了建议。
Based upon the strategic significance of enterprises, from the core competence of them, we carry on an empir- ical analysis of the factors that affect the quality. In this empirical research, we analyze the 2002 -2004 data that come from selected 20 electronic enterprises and are related to the process of enterprise operation, In addition, the evaluation result of the ＂TOP - 100 list of Chinese electronic enterprise on quality＂ is adopted for this analysis, On the basis of the empirical analysis, through a comparison between the theoretical result and the empirical result, the paper has shown some enlightenment to the improvement of Quality Management System under the environment of China.
