Along with the development of the living standard,the condition of food safety and hygiene is the focus to consumers.Edible salt is an important food raw material.Being as the intermidiates,the food producers ought to take the major responsibility for food safety.HACCP as an economic and efficient management system to prevent potential hazards and control food safety,it is of great significance to promote this system in edible salt production industry.
