光动力学治疗支气管肺癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨光动力学治疗支气管肺癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。方法选择经确诊为支气管肺癌患者30例,应用国产光敏剂喜百分2 mg/kg注射后48 h,在内窥镜下用国产半导体激光治疗机柱形光纤630nm光动力学激光,剂量按200 J/cm照射病变部位,必要时在72-96 h再重复照射1-2次。在治疗前、后抽取静脉血用流式细胞术(FM)检测T细胞亚群CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、细胞水平。结果同一组病例经PDT治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+、细胞升高,CD8^+、细胞降低,CD4^+/CD8^+比值升高,治疗前后比较有非常显著差异。结论 PDT治疗对肿瘤细胞有选择性杀伤作用,通过免疫调节能增强机体免疫功能,为临床治疗恶性肿瘤提供可靠客观依据。
