介绍了超高压食品灭菌的两种处理工艺及两类设备的设计方案 。
Two kinds of processing technology and the designing schemes of two kinds of equipments of ultrahigh pressure to food sterilization were introduced together with specifying its distinctive advantages and its domestic resolved strategy of development.
