摘要
考察了采用化学方法合成的蔗糖聚油酸酯（纯度在９８％ 以上）对昆明种小白鼠经口急性毒性和蓄积毒性实验，其经口ＬＤ５０ 大于１５ ０００ ｍ ｇ／ｋｇ，其蓄积系数ｋ 为６．６５，说明该蔗糖聚油酸酯属于无毒级物质，在小鼠体内几乎不具蓄积作用。
This paper reported the experiment of acute toxicity and accumulated toxicity of sucrose polyoleates,which was synthesized by chemical methods and its degree of purity is more than 98%,to the small mice through mouth.The LD50 of passing throughmouth is more than 15,000mg/kg,it is belong to nonpoisonous materials.The accumulation coefficient(k)is 6.65,so it has only slight accumulative effection.
