摘要
用多种预处理小柱对酱油中色素脱色的效果及有机酸回收率的大小进行比较 ,结果表明 ,C18小柱脱色最佳且有机酸回收率为 96 %— 113% ,灵敏度高 ,可满足所测酱油中有机酸的分析要求。
Different kinds of cartridges were used to fad soy sauce and recoveries organic acid.By comparison to results showed,PT-C 18 was the best and the recoveries of organic acid were between 96%-113% with high defection limits,it was good enough for the analysis of organic acids in soy sauce.
