A rapid,efficient DNA extraction method on the spiders DNA extraction is reported in this paper.This method has a rapid,simple and repeatable character.It can be applied to all kinds of spiders and other arthropods.Genomic DNA extracted by this method has no any pollution and could satisfy the demands of RAPD research.
