摘要 研究了橡胶粒/粉采用等体积取代细骨料、等体积取代粗骨料以及按水泥质量外掺3种方法配制的橡胶混凝土的和易性、含气量、抗压强度及劈拉强度。和易性受配制方法、橡胶粒径、橡胶掺量的共同影响,总的来说各种橡胶混凝土和易性均较好;含气量则是随着橡胶取代量的增加而增大,随着橡胶粒径的减小而增大;抗压强度随着取代量增加而减小,随着橡胶粒径的减小而减小;劈拉强度与抗压强度规律类似;等体积取代粗骨料的橡胶混凝土延性最好,而等体积取代细骨料的橡胶混凝土抗压和劈拉强度最高。 Rubberized concrete was prepared by three methods, i.e. the use of an equal volume rubber particle/powder to replace the fine aggregate,the use of an equal volume to replace the coarse aggregate and adding by mass of cement. The workability,alr-content, compressive strength and splitting strength of the rubberized concrete were studied. Workability was jointly affected by the preparation method, rubber particle size,and rubber content. In general,workability of all kinds of rubberized concrete was good:the air-content increased with the increasing of replaced rubber amount, and with the decreasing of lubber particle size;compressive strength decreased with the increase of replacement,and decreased with decreasing of rubber particle size:splitting strength has the similar law with that of the compressive strength;rubberized concrete having an equal volume of rubber to replace the coarse aggregate has the best ductility,while the rubberized concrete having an equal volume of rubber to replace the fine aggregate has the maximum compressive strength and splitting strength.
