摘要
通过将采用NaOH溶液改性处理后的橡胶集料分别掺入机制砂混凝土和天然砂混凝土中,研究了三种不同粒径的橡胶对机制砂橡胶混凝土的密度、工作性能、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度的影响,并分别与同配合比的天然砂橡胶混凝土进行对比。结果表明:与天然砂混凝土类似,橡胶的掺入在增韧减脆的同时降低了机制砂混凝土的强度,但橡胶集料的掺入对机制砂混凝土强度的影响要明显大于天然砂混凝土。
The crumb rubbers modified by NaOH solution were mixed with mechanism sand and natural sand concrete,the effects of three different particle size of the rubber on the density,working performance, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength of rubber concrete were studied, and compared with the same mix of natural sand rubber concrete respectively.The results showed that, similar to natural sand concrete, the mix of rubber increased the toughness while reducing the strength of mechanism sand concrete, but the effect of rubber mix on the strength of mechanism sand concrete is obviously higher than natural sand concrete.
