摘要
采用有限元对1台发生失稳破坏的煤气发生炉进行了外压失稳分析,并讨论了边界条件、初始几何缺陷、材料非线性对圆柱壳外压失稳临界压力的影响。为预防此类事故,应在设计、维护上采取措施,预防失稳的发生。
Buckling analysis of one gas generator in different temperature was conducted. The affect of boundary condition, initial defect, material nonlinearity in critical pressure was discussed. Some prevention measures in design and maintenance were advanced.
