交流伺服系统在龙门刨床电气化改造中的应用

摘要 选用交流伺服控制系统对B2020龙门刨床进行电气化改造,工作台运行及进给运动全部实现了数字化控制,电机输出转矩大,速度控制精度高,抑制爬行,工作台定位运动准确。实现了刨、铣、磨多功能一体化,实践证明,该控制技术可靠性高,提高了刨床的加工能力,具有推广价值。 The electrical transform of B2020 double housing planer was executed by using the AC servo system,and the digital control of working table run and feed movement was realized.The results show that the output torque of motor was greater,the control accuracy of velocity was higher,the creep of working table was restrained and its locating movement was more accurate,and the multi-function integration of planing,milling and grinding was achieved.It is proved that the reliability of the control technology was higher,the processing ability of planer was improved,and the technology is worth promoting.
