摘要
针对B2016A龙门刨床使用中存在的问题,对机械、液压和电气控制系统进行了改造研究设计,为龙门刨床改造成数控龙门铣镗床提供了有效的方法和途径。通过改造提高了机床整体性能、精度及生产率,其方法对其它大型设备改造具有一定的推广应用价值。
Conducted the machinery, hydraulic pressure and the electric control system' s transformation research and design of B2016A planer, specifically for question which existed in using, it provided effective method and approach for reforming planer to NC plane milling and boring machine . Enhanced the machine overall performance, the precision and the productivity through the transformation, to other largescale equipment transformation, this method has certain promotion application value.
