摘要
中国作为最大的发展中国家和航天大国,一贯主张和平利用外层空间,反对外空军事化和武器化。为了确保和平利用外层空间,中国在各个相关的国际论坛上作出积极努力,推动缔结一项禁止在外空放置武器,对外空物体使用或威胁使用武力的国际协议,防止外空军备竞赛。中国虽然也发展空间军事能力,但以保卫国家利益为目的,是防御性的,其目的在于促使在裁谈会最终通过防止外空武器化国际协议。
As the biggest developing country in the world and a space-faring nation,Chinese government persists that outer space should be used peacefully and opposes the militarization of outer space.In order to ensure the peaceful use of space,China has made active efforts in different international forums,aiming at concluding an international agreement on the prevention of the placement of weapons in outer space,the prohibition of threat or use of force against space object.Though China develops military capacities,the objective is the protection of its national interests,the nature of which is defensive.It is also a measure which can have positive influences for the conclusion of the international agreement on the prevention of the militarization of outer space in the framework of the Conference on Disarmament.
