摘要
未来的战场将在太空,"天军"也将成为21世纪的决定性军事力量。然而,中国在2007年进行的一次反卫星武器试验却在国际上饱受非议,通过分析《外空条约》第4条的内容以及美国的外空军事发展现状,可以发现中国发展反卫星武器不仅不违反外空法且具有正当必要性。
The future battlefield will be in space, ＂Space Military Forces＂ will also be a decisive military power in the 21st century. In 2007, an ASATs test of China has been criticized in the international arena, but through the analysis of the Article IV of the ＂Outer Space Treaty,＂ as well as the U.S. Military development in outer space. This article aims to demonstrate that developing ASATs did not breach outer space law from the perspective of international law and China has a legitimate need to have done so.
