摘要
采用新型抑制剂XTL-3进行浮铋抑铜试验,实验室小型闭路试验指标为:铜精矿含Cu20.43%,回收率为76.19%,铋精矿含Bi18.35%,回收率为73.59%。与巯基乙酸比,XTL-3对黄铜矿抑制能力强,选择性好,用量少,是氰化物的良好替代剂。
This paper studies copper-flotation and bismuth-depression by using a novel depressant,XTL-3.The results from laboratory tests showed that Cu concentrate with the grade of 20.43 % and the recovery of 76.19 %,Bi concentrate with the grade of 18.35 % and the recovery of 73.59 % can be obtained.Compared with mercaptoacetic acid,small amount use of XTL-3 has stronger depression effect on chalcopyrite.
