摘要
本文报道了一个简单快速的拟除虫菊酯多残留气相色谱分析方法。样本经提取净化后,川^(63)Ni 电子捕获检测器测定,色谱柱为0.5M×3mmU 形玻璃柱,固定液3%OV-101+3%Apeizon,担体为 Gas ChromQ60～80目,对溴氰菊酯等6种拟除虫菊脂在19分钟内完全分离。经河川水、土壤、水果、蔬菜、谷物等13种样本测定回收率在80～100%之间,变异系数为0.8～8.7%,6种农药的最小检测量在1×10^(-12)～5×10^(-12)g 之间。最低检出浓度在0.001～0.006ppm。
This article is about a simple and speedily analysis method of multiresidue of Pyrethroids.In this experiment GC-9A equipped with ECD was used to detect the residues of 6 Pyrethroids in 13 different samples(apple,orange,tomate, cucumber,wheat,rice,soil,river water and so on).Under the given GC-con- ditions 6 Pyrethroids were completely seperated in 19 minutes.The recovery of method using in this experiment was 80～100%.The coefficient of variation was 0.8～8.7%.The limit of detection was 1×10^(-12)～2×10^(-12)g.
