摘要
采用微量化学法和固相萃取技术 ,用丙酮 正己烷 ( 1 + 1 ,V/V)萃取 ,活性炭和中性氧化铝小柱净化 ,用GC MS可同时测定茶叶中 6种拟除虫菊酯类农药的残留量。方法回收率在 84 6 %~ 1 1 5 .1 %之间 ,相对标准偏差为 3%~ 7% ,最低定量检出浓度在 0 0 1 0~ 0 .2 0mg kg之间。该法快速、灵敏、准确 。
An efficient method with micro-chemistry and solid phase extraction (SPE) technique for the determination of 6 pyrethroids pesticide residues in tea by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) has been established. The 6 pyrethroids pesticides were extracted from the sample with hexane/acetone (1+1, V/V), the extract was cleaned up with a column of 3 mL supelclean Envi-carb and LC-Alumina-N by means of SPE (SUPELCO VISIPREP(TM)). The 6 pyrethroids pesticides were separated from each other through HP-5 caapillary column (25 m x 0.2 mm x 0.33 mum) and determinated by GC-MS. The recoveries ranged from 94.6% to 115.1%. When the added level was 0.10similar to1.00 mg/kg, RSD were 3%similar to7% (n=5) and the limit of detection was 0.01similar to0.2 mg/kg. The method is rapid, sensitive and suitable for the analysis of pesticides.
