The International Perspective and Indigenization Practice on the Teacher Cultivation

摘要 本土化不但是指"本土的",而且还需要"化为本土的",谈继承传统不是要复古文化,谈国际视野也不是要异地移植。我国的教师培养既要传承自身的血脉,守护文化根基,也要借鉴异质文化精华,拓展国际视野,更要从中国教师的实际出发,尊重实践者教师的成长实践。从当前我国师范教育的发展来看,教师培养应当以义务教育优质均衡发展为目标,走出师范教育升格后的发展误区,以教师专业为重心培养教师。 Indigenization is not only about the native but also about transforming to the native.Inheriting tradition doesn't mean returning to the ancient culture,and holding the international perspective doesn't mean transplanting from the other place either. Teacher cultivation in China should inherit our tradition and guard our cultural foundation,learn the essence in heterogeneous culture to broaden our international perspective,furthermore start from the actual conditions of our teachers,and respect the teachers'practice of development.Regarding the development of the normal education in China,teacher cultivation should adhere to the goal of promoting the high-quality and balanced development of the compulsory education,go out of the misconception about development which appeared after the normal education upgraded,and cultivate teachers in the way which stresses and centers on the teacher's profession.
