摘要
宁夏引黄灌区水资源供需矛盾突出,弄清灌区水平衡关系及水力联系对于灌区水资源的合理开发利用具有重要意义。根据宁夏引黄灌区1991-2007年用水资料,应用水均衡模型,对灌区水资源供用耗排关系进行分析,结果表明:灌区引黄水量与节水工程、水价调整和黄河水量统一调度关系密切;地下水开采量与引黄水量呈现互补态势;农业耗水是灌区主要耗水对象,耗水量占灌区总耗水量的57.1%;黄河水量是灌区主要消耗水源,多年平均消耗比例为61%,降水占34%,山洪及其他占5%;灌区工业和生活耗水稳中有升;降水量与引水量存在着异向关系,对引黄水量的有效利用和无效蒸发有较大影响。
Based on the water use history of Yellow River irrigation area,the water balance simulation is applied to analyze the relation between water use and supply.The results show that the water-saving engineering measures,water price and water regulation of Yellow River have an important influence on irrigation water use;groundwater exploitation is reverse to the irrigation water from Yellow River;agricultural water use occupies 61% of the total water for consumption,among which,is the Yellow River water.Water for domestic and industrial use has increased a little;the precipitation has a main effect on irrigation water from Yellow River.
